The team of Granada finished the season in La Liga in the best possible way. The team from `Los Carmenes` defeated Athletic Bilbao 4-0 and took 7th place in the final standings, thus securing participation in the second qualifying round of the Europa League. This is Granada`s most convincing win of the season and at the same time the Basques` heaviest loss. Athletic finished in 11th place with 51 points, but won the King`s Cup final analyzed by fixed matches against Real Sociedad.
