It is reported that the lawsuit against lamps and two other people filed a family that invested in the lottery money in the company CSSB Limited, based in Hong Kong, for 3 years at 6% per annum. The profit from investment for 2 years, during which 5 different agreements were signed, was supposed to amount to 792 thousand euros, but in the end the family received only 84 thousand euros, and the invested amount was not returned to them.
According to the complaint submitted to the court, the agreement that entered into force on November 1, 2017 was drawn up in English and contained provisions causing investors. In addition, signatures on it were illegible.
The plaintiffs argue that the contract was drawn up on the recommendations of Joan Lapers, acting on behalf of CSSB Limited and acted as a lawyer. The applicants accuse the President of Barcelona of taking advantage of their insufficient financial literacy, noting that they trusted Laporta because of his publicity. In addition, the complaint states that the Laporta several times invited them to the Lodge Campa Nou.
During the investigation, it is necessary to establish whether CSSB Limited 4, 7 million euros from the applicants from August 2016 to August 2018, and also find out what role the Laport played in the transactions.
